About the project
This particular design was for the cartographer's carriage. Working within the 1890-1899 time period and set in a fantasy world, I set out to create a belivable design for the 1st class cartographer's working carriage on the grand Trans-Siberian Express. I wanted to balance the realism of the era with the element of fantasy using rich colour choices, unique self created graphics and custom furniture to dress the set.
